No. There’s a skill based system that hasn’t been revealed/explained yet.

Woah there is a ranking system?! Ive been keeping up with the news and have seen multiple videos of people explaining the progression system. I assumed that is the only system they went with. Hearing the news that there is a ranking system really makes me a happy man!
I honestly didn’t like either more. So, if they are incorporating the best of both, most people will be happy, right?
