As you can see from the picture this guys spartan… has no armor on…and no Helmet on.
At first i thaught it was a loading glitch so i played a 2nd game in the lobby then realised it wasnt just me in a game of swat.
I saved 2 games of footage and plan to put in file share as proof of this guys newbish attempt to cheat the system and cheat in a game you dont need to cheat in.
But seriously…how the hell do i report this guy to 343 so this cheating newb gets removed from being able to ruin the Fun of playing Halo 4.
pretty sure they have started banning these people with this mod since a wave of them went into swat and just caused a lot of issue’s for some
I think it was a glitch at first, I guess it has evolved now.

ya its a huge pain. halo 4 is one of the few games i havent had to deal with people cheating on up till recently.

Actually you can head shot. The mod is purely visual and the hitboxes remain the same. If you manage to shoot where the head should be he’ll take damage.

Removing head also removes the hitbox. Go into swat like that and you’re 3 times as strong as anyone else (you need 3 shots to die, everyone else can be headshotted in 1).
It’s also detectable, his account will be banned until the year 9999, no more action needs to be taken, just wait.

That was a lie Microsoft told. There is no hitbox, you can even shoot through their body (and hit someone behind them) if you aim down into the hole where the head used to be.

Making it harder to hit, due to no visual aid. If you can’t see the head, it’s harder to hit. It would also be a shock. How is that hard to figure out?

It’s harder to hit because it no longer exists. It isn’t invisible, it’s gone.
Alright, I get it. Understood. I thought everyone was crying about that guy just making his character look different.
It’s a simple profile mod. You don’t even need a JTAG for it.

I can tell you from experience (having come across a player using such a mod), you can still headshot them. If there are ones that can’t be hit then they must have changed the mod.

Hitboxes aren’t the same as models. Hitboxes are always there.

Sorry to disappointed, but in this case the hitbox is indeed not there. That is the entire point of this mod/glitch. Anyone who has ever encountered such players know that you can only kill them with body shots.
Although it’s a very annoying mod especially in Swat, I have to admit that the irony is pretty funny (removing the head hitbox in a almost headshot-only game type…evil genius stuff)
