343 acknowledged the game wouldn’t run at full 1080p before release so that’s baseless.
They’re currently working on getting the servers up and running at full capacity.
I haven’t had any notable drops in fps in Halo 4.

because I haven’t had any notable ones. Little hiccups, but it stays pretty smooth. I haven’t had any noticeable drops in any of the other ones either if that’s what you’re looking for.
