Somewhat of a minor spoiler revealed

Frankie and others have confirmed that wargames/Spartan Ops takes place 6 months after the campaign’s conclusion. If you remember in the e3 demo the infinity crashes onto requiem. This means 2 things:

  1. The infinity does not receive the same fate as the pillar of autumn and it somehow becomes operational again.

  2. Spartan Ops take place on Requiem meaning the theory that Requiem might get destroyed is incorrect.

What do you guys think

  1. Spartan Ops could potentially take place outside Infinity, while Infinity is a heap of scrap in some random forest. Not likely, but possible. Nothing shown has proved anything else as far as I know?

  2. Sure, Spartan Ops takes place on the planet and hence it can’t be destroyed, unless the “planet” is just a holographic image rendered by the Infinity drifting in space, while said planet is long gone. Again, not likely but yet possible ^^
