somewhat dissapointed at the moment(title wont get out of caps)

Sorry about the title, for some reason, it wouldn’t get out of caps. Anyway, to the point of this topic. With some of the info I am hearing about H4, I’m getting a bit dissapointed. Now, these are just hypothesis’s on what I have heard, so I could be wrong. First off, the “weapon class system.” To me, that sounds like CoD, but I may be wrong. If its like CoD, it will quickly loose its Halo feel. I did like the weapon system in Reach, because anyone could get the weapons. I have another theory on the weapon system however. It may be something similar to a PC game called Urban Terror(urt). In that game, you could have any weapon available in the game, but you selected them. You selected a main rifle, then a pistol, and possibly a secondary rifle similar to the SMG. You also chose grenades and attachments. The attachments were things like silencers and laser sights, but scopes were only on the weps with scopes by default. So I think that would also be good for H4, and the still being able to pick up weps too. Next is the forerunner vision. Honestly, it sounds cheap. To me, it does sound like only seeing through one wall, but even that is cheap. Why not just use the motion tracker? Then there is the Elites. I wont question the campaign atm, but the multiplayer. Honestly, its FUN to play as Elites in multiplayer. Taking them out of MP also takes out a lot of machinima possibility, including my own. I am making a machinima, and it was going to go into H4, but without Elites, I ether have to cut back to the original ending, or re-write the season for Reach, and I don’t want to do either.

You must be new here, haha. The title’s always appear in “caps” but they (as you’ve no doubt seen by now) are case sensitive.

On to your post; it’s closer to Urban Terror than CoD. We don’t know what Forerunner Vision allows you to see. We just know it’s an X-Ray vision of some form.

> You must be new here

You think?

Anyway, OP, I see what you’re getting at, and I think everyone here is at least slightly worried. I think 343i can pull it off, though.

not new, just haven’t posted in a while XD. Anyway, it does sound more like urt than CoD to me, which makes me happy, and while forerunner vision still isnt thought to be extremely powerful, I don’t like it. I would prefer it to just stay in motion tracker, its more challenging
