Hear me out, I do lots of social games with a bud of mine, game after game after game… there’s always 1 guy who goes 0-15 or 1-17 or tries to kill people far away with an assault rifle. It’s almost mind boggling how this happens every single match and always gets put on our team. We did a test 3 days ago and today as well - and all these guys had gamertags like Redacted 3, this was every single match, and that person would stand still for a very long time, or shoot what seem like they were blind folded.
Now all jokes aside I know bots do not exist in mcc multiplayer, but lord it does seem like it, and they follow me to every game like the plague. Why is this? Today we did 3 matches and the kill count for all 3 games from these “people” were 0-15 game 1, 1-17 game 2, 0-11 game 3. And all 3 people were different people with gamertags with lots of #s in their name… is this 343’s matchmaking algorithm doing this because they deem me as a good player? So they feel I should get tortured and have to sweat just to win in social?
What gives? Doesn’t make my gaming experience fun by any means.
All these tests were done being in a party of 2 - just me and my buddy.
In about an hour we’re going to test a party of 3 and see what that does.
Just lost a game because I got stuck with a teammate that went 0 and 17, he was everyone on the other teams most killed player. Unfortunately there isn’t much you can do about it, just block their gamertag and move on.
Odds are not bots but xp boosters. They will do as little as possible and then hit some random buttons and shoot blindly or whatever as to not to get flagged as idle players. Sad but more likely the case other than bots.

The ranked is broken, I never played h3 doubles before and i played against you when im assuming your high ranked. (ur lifetime is rank 13 for doubles)
Im assuming its because of the low population because ranked is rarely shown any attention by 343
I see those new players as well, but I always get hit at least once with the ol’ switcharoo when it turns out its just some ancient Halo god on a smurf account who blast the entire team with dome shots while on his way to a 35-3 kd.
