My service record on Waypoint stated for the longest time that my highest CSR achieved was Onyx in FFA (and it was, back when Onyx was easy to achieve). Then, for a few days, this stopped registering, and my highest rank was “Unranked.” I played enough FFA games this season to get Diamond 1, and decided to play another game of FFA the other day. After this last game of FFA, it now shows that my highest rank achieved is “Diamond 1” in FFA. This makes no sense, as I am currently Diamond 4 in Slayer.

My SWAT highest CSR was Onyx, and it’s gone now, it makes me look like I’ve never played a ranked multiplayer match before. I hope they fix it soon

I have the same issue. It’s not even showing my highest rating this season. I’m guessing it’s just showing your rating of the last ranked playlist you’ve played.
