Dear developer, I am a Chinese player.I Bought 9 Blitz Packs + 1 free pack worth 30 CNY yesterday,but I haven’t get my packs after 22 hours.I have contacted the customer service but they can’t help me.Today,I tried to buy 3 Blitz Packs worth 10 CNY and failed again.I have paid 40 CNY but get nothing.
I am not good at communicating in English, I hope to solve this as soon as possible.
