When I open the Halo app I just get “Something Went Wrong” with a link to this forum. I am able to login on xbox.com successfully. The game downloaded and installed successfully. I also reset the password. Did not help. Is there a glitch here ?

Could you look at the folder “C:\Users*<Your Windows User Name>*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Tomp_8wekyb3d8bbwe\TempState” and see if there are any files there? If so, can you post the file contents (it’s just a text file with stack trace info of the crash) or let us know if there is nothing there as well.
