Something that most of you people don't realize..

Guys, I understand that first thoughts on a few sentences are changing out opinions on Halo 5 in certain areas.
Whether it’s ‘revivals’, or the flag resetting fast, or the no split screen, whatever.
But, how about we let them SHOW us what they are doing in E3 before we start complaining? Before we start putting up more ultimatums or tempter tantrum threads?

Tomorrow is E3, let them show us what they have in store for us, and THEN you can post your complaints or thoughts on the matter with better information instead of conjecture or assumptions.

Wait, you want me to play the game before I review it…?

But seriously, it’s acceptable for the community to politely discuss game changes, but it’s a little early to condemn 343i for these new ideas. I agree with you, UrJesusDiedLmao.

If revives are for campaign and other game modes then I’m fine. Lack of split screen is a disappointment, It’s been kind of Halo’s big thing.

Evil, no. Do not bring up specific things in this thread. That is NOT what it’s for. It is NOT to make comments about splitscreen, I do not want to get locked.
This is about letting Microsoft SHOW us what they have for us in E3 before we start complaining.

I cant agree with you more UrJesusDiedLmao I’m very excited for halo 5

The Xbox conference starts at 9:30 PDT or 12:30 EDT and lasts for 90 minutes.

Same, its not nice.

Except that there not being any local co-op and only 2-player splitscreen has been confirmed. That’s not an assumption. That’s fact.

… At least for now. I’m just hoping against hope they’ll do a 180 at E3.

90 minutes (an hour and a half). After that there’s going to be more reveals so I wouldn’t want to miss out on the post conference stuff.

They CAN’T ffs. They have already said that the technical difficulties of doing that would make the entire software they made worthless. They cannot go less than 60fps, and making split screen would do that, therefore ruining their entire point. Not. Going. To. Happen.

EA also said SimCity couldn’t be played offline for technical reasons, that it needed always-online due to the games back end engine and software, that the game was so advanced it needed a constant stream of data to the server.
That playing the game offline can never happen or else SimCity would be pointless and there’s no possible way an offline mode. Will. Ever. Be. Made.

Turns out, they lied.
Just because the developers say something can’t be done, doesn’t actually mean it can’t be done.
The way gaming PR has talked in the last 5 years alone should prove that publisher and developers are in fact not above twisting the truth or lying in order to brush off criticism.

I want them to show you all how it can’t be added, that way you can stop with your ridiculousness.
