I am hoping my head is going to change whenever I look down my head automatically comes back up WHICH IS ANNOYING!! At least Reach never had that please 343 do not add my head automatically coming up!

Sounds like you have auto-centre vision turned on. Go explore the Start menu, there’s an option to disable it somewhere.
I think he’s talking about look centerting… I think…
Hit the xbox guide (center) button and go under preferences. Take off auto-centering, should be there.
