Pieman had a good post of genuine criticisms for 343. And I go to look at it again after a few hours and it says it’s “redacted”. I’m not seeing any explanation for it and again, he was just voicing his frustrations and criticisms. With this and some of the recent bans and removals of people from the official Halo discord server, it almost seems like our ability to voice ourselves is being restricted from us. Can we get some explanations/communication?

I like the Halo franchise, i like they are improving Halo esports and listening to the community with roadmaps and settings. I just wonder where it happens everywhere i look stuff gets censored. All Pieman did was try and start a discussion and once again we are denied a dialogue. No insults or personal attacks where made it was just an open discussion with facts how some feel and its “solved” by deleting and ignoring it. It makes me doubt on investing my time in xbox/halo related things.
Where can we talk about this stuff cause if it happens in discord people get banned 
and here its not allowed neither. i would have understood if it happened in a disrepectfull way but thats not the case.
Because he was just stating the obvious and nothing will come of what he said, simply because there’s one guy actively working on further patches for HW2, not a whole dev team to implement major changes and add more content.

To answer this, in the event people come across this thread again:
Send a PM to a moderator. If you have queried about the forum rules or want to discuss something relating to the forum rules, you send a PM to a moderator. We don’t allow open discussion of moderation decisions because generally moderation is 1 to 1, it doesn’t need other people weighing in that won’t have proper context. The primary role of these forums is for discussion of Halo topics, not moderation actions.
I should also add that while you should PM us about aspects of moderation, we aren’t going to discuss moderation actions or decisions taken against other users with you. We discuss action taken with the user in question, nobody else.
