Ummm … So how do you get back req points that did not go thru. I selected a silver pac and it looked like it was about to open and then BAM!!! Giant red and black screen said cannot get req pack at this time please try again?? How??? I was not credited the 5k req points???

" Edit" Thanks you guys were right it was in my open packs once I reseted the Xbox.
Once you are able to reconnect, it should be there. You just have to open it.
It just couldnt display at the time. You Did get the pack, you just didnt see what you got. It does this sometimes.

Thanks I restated my xbox and you were right.
