Will someone please confirm that this is a real picture and not some elaborate photoshop?

I was lead to believe that new Downloadable Content could NOT add new armour to the game… :\

Is it true or not?

New Armour does not come with the new map pack. But then again, that doesn’t mean it isn’t real
