Loonybark9 here logging in for the first time and seeing this thread and lots of subsequent posts under my name. Seems like other people are seeing different names though

There is an issue with forum accounts right now, not Microsoft accounts. As one noted a few times it’s a known issue and is being investigated and worked on by the Waypoint team

Hi, This is user clemintyne posting now, I just logged into waypint for the first time in ages and it looks like my account is also entagled in this weird profile mashup?? there are post by “me” from all the way back to november 5th. this is so weird!!!

I’m free! idk what happened but it seems my account is now separate from the quagmire (which, at time of posting is named “I_Chummed”). I signed out and verified my email on waypoint dot com but it still displays as glitched on my forum profile page and I can’t change it, but at least I’m a distinct being again

yeah my profile is pretty messed up due to the update I think,
I had over 100 posts (which really isnt much) and lost all that stuff. same with the forums i was following as well

Is there a thread or bulletin somewhere where 343 acknowledges this issue and gives updates as to when it will be corrected?
My service record has been glitching for months prior to this [likely related] issue and there doesn’t appear to be any information regarding the issue or its resolution.

Edit: oh wow, I can at least post as my on username now.
Service record still won’t load though.
