So I bought the physical copy of Halo: MCC from my local GameStop and I thought the patch last night would finally fix the issues but for me it has been worse and I literally can’t find a game now when before I could from time to time. I decided today that I would like to return the game so I went and found out GameStop would not give me a full refund because the game was opened. I had to open the game to find out that it was not working properly and needed fixing by the developers. So I went home and called Xbox support and asked about the issue, they said because I got it from GameStop that either them or the developer would have to refund me. I was told that I had to “press the issue” too the retailer or developer to get a 100% refund. I find this catch-22 scenario that I’m in ridiculous and unfair. I’m here asking you, the developer, in the only way I know how to ask as you have no customer service number listed anywhere: Please 343 Industries, please help me return this game for all of my money back, it’s only morally right that you help me.
