How many kills to get one?

Are the 3 things you select from random?

Can someone kill you and take your drop?

Does the meter reset after death and/or changing your load out?

Which game modes have drops at the beginning of the match for anyone to get?

Well from what I can ascertain it’s going to be eerily similar to CoD’s care package. You get a certain amount of kills and get a package in which there is a prize for you. Only in halo it’s going to be in weapon form.
