I just spent half an hour talking to xbox live support. Only to have them tell me that is seems someone else redeemed my “free gift.” This was the code sent to my email that should have unlocked all 8 specializations. I did play before Nov. 20th, I did get the email but when I attempt to enter it is says it has already been redeemed. Xbox support said my best bet was to post on the 343 forum. So here I am…somebody help!

I only just set up my new account the other day and I was terrified that someone may have somehow used my Fotus code.Good luck.
