I’ve tried to use Twitter to get someone’s attention at 343 (Ske7ch, GrimBrotherOne, Unyshek, and several others) and my tweets were ignored. I just please request someone’s assistance from 343 to finally help me.
In late August, I pre-ordered Halo Infinite through Walmart.com. Their website stated that for the pre-order bonus, customers would receive the Zeta Sky Armor Coating, and Chosen Emblem & Nameplate for Halo Infinite’s multiplayer. Cool, sounds good.
Well, fast forward to December 8th and I get my online Walmart order in the mail. What’s missing? The codes for them. I checked the box, the receipt, the game itself, and my email (both Junk/Spam folder and Inbox). It’s not there. I’ve spoken to God-knows-how-many-people at Walmart, and with Microsoft/Xbox support, and no one’s helped me. I even created a new public Twitter account and sent numerous tweets to different 343 people and I was ignored (I get it they get busy but still). I was even in attendance at the Chicago, IL Halo: Outpost Discovery event in August 2019 and personally shook hands with Kiki, Frankie, and several others. I have photos to prove this. I own the highest editions of all the games and approximately 95% of all the books.
I just want someone to please help me. I hate to be “that guy” and keep going on and on about it, but I’ve been a diehard Halo fan since pretty much the beginning, and numerous other people who pre-ordered Halo Infinite from Walmart apparently didn’t get their codes either. I would sincerely, greatly, and truly appreciate it very much if someone at 343 Industries can get to the bottom of this and help out a fellow Halo fan. Thank you in advance.
I suspect the lack of replies to your tweets is because it’s the Christmas & New Year period and they’re on holidays. Either that or the sheer volume of tweets in which they’re tagged makes it impossible for them to reply to every one that’s asking a question.
Have you tried contacting Walmart via Twitter? Is there a contact option on their website - some retailers in this country have a chat option, which is handy as you have a record of any conversations)?
May be worth your while searching for ‘zeta sky armor coating’ for various threads on the subject - you might find further advice in one of them.
Oh trust me, I’ve talked to Walmart God-knows-how-many times. I have a long email thread with them. I’ve talked to Microsoft/Xbox chat support several times too, and still nothing.
It sucks. It absolutely blows. I hate to be so darn persistent over content in a video game, but still. I really just want someone up at 343 to contact me. I have photos to prove I saw them face-to-face at the Chicaco, IL Halo: Outpost Discovery Event from August 2019.
Anything and everything someone needs, I have the documentation. The order number, the item description page, everything.
Getting the codes, entering the codes, and the codes not working is a 343 issue.
Not getting the codes in the first place is unfortunately a Walmart issue, but one that’s been pretty widespread so it might get addressed more officially after the holiday.
Note that Walmart in the U.S. has still failed to provide any preorder bonuses to players who preordered from them.

Sounds like you’re not the only one so that should be reassuring.
If no one has received their bonus yet it means Walmart still haven’t sent them so you should hopefully get it when they do. Looks like you’ll get a sidekick skin too which looks good.
Even then some people who got the codes are having issues. Some people are only getting a sidekick coating, but not their promised AR, Armor, and nameplates. The pre-order bonuses altogether are messed up.
