1.Use the Search Player
2.Then Click Add This Player
-if your GT doesnt come up.
It will rank your skill 1-50
I find this VERY Accurate for skill based.
It even ranks per playlist, and Has Halo 2 Symbols for ranking
Unlike the BPR in Halo Reach that gave everyone 100’s like it were a free ice cream truck surrounded by little children
Im surprised no one cares about this
I care and think its amazing. This should be a shown number on each playlist in game. Great post brother.
Honestly, this thing isn’t good at all, I was at a 42 skill rank in halo 3 when I use to play on my other GT when I was 12. I put my name in there and it put me at a 28. I am like a hundred times better than I was before so it isn’t very good in my opinion. I know that it isn’t the same as the Halo 3 ranking system though.
That’s great, but I’d like to have one in game so I can see who I’m up against. Not only that, but browser based ranking is also a hassle. I’m not down to get out of my comfortable position, go to my computer, load HaloTracker, remember peoples’ usernames, wait for the results to load, and go back to my TV every time I want to check out mine or other people’s ranks. Doesn’t that seem like an unnecessary hassle? What’s the harm in adding ranks to our in game service records?

You have to work at/raise your rank, you dont just instantly get your skill set
While I like to check stats on Halotracker, it’s only fan made and 343i will introduce official ranks.
But if their ‘official’ ranks is just BPR renamed, then Halotracker is more valid.

lol…
OT: Thanks, this is pretty awesome.

True, but it isn’t a true ranking system.
I wish they had a ranking playlist and social playlist like in Halo 3. Sometimes my little brother plays on my account and totally destroys my kd. I wish I can put him in a social playlist and I can play on the ranking playlist.
This isn’t the websites fault though, its 343 lack of competitive gaming in Halo 4
I do find this to be cool though, it gives you a general idea on a players skill

also, this is more based off of Halo 2 TrueSkill [not to just be confused by the Halo 2 Symbols]
Your K/D is 1.46, and win Rate is 46% for Slayer, Id say thats pretty accurate for 28, maybe low 30s

Couldn’t have said it better myself.

Read my other post . That is why I cant judge a person skill base on something like this or CSR or the Reach BPR thing
Its not our fault though, I wish they we had both progressive and competitive ranking system.
But hey. This is still pretty damn good to give a general idea.
Too bad fans beat 343 at their own plan. I find it funny
Amazing! Thanks for the post, has lots of good info on here and way easier to navigate than the barrage of menus Halo Waypoint throws at you!. I feel like my ranking is a bit low (31) but hey it’s only a number. Great site though and I registered as soon as I saw it. I will also encourage all of my friends to register as well so we can start to get a good representation of actual rankings.
> Im surprised no one cares about this
because it’s old news to the people that care about 1-50 skill rank
> > Im surprised no one cares about this

exactly this
I dont really care about this browser 1-50 system because not even 1% of my friends know that this website exists.
I have a 1.83kd and 64% win rate. I dont consider that a 37 at all, I was a 50 at Halo 3 with about 1.2kd.
My KD raised to 2.01 and I have more First Places than Defeats.
And yes I had more first places than defeats before and still, im only a 37.
Not to mention most people dont care about winning or losing here, simply because nobody knows there is a tracker, therefore all ranks are innacurate.
Oh and, also, I cant find the update stats button.
