some things have not downloaded

Plz some1 reply. I got the limited edition with the recon helmet, falcon avater accesory and elite armour i downloaded it and only got the elite armour, i’ve re-downloaded via the account management 4 times and went on waypoint and went on archive, title, hal reach, falcon accesory and said it was pending and i keep clicking on download but it doesn’t download. y!!! Can some1 please help and if u’d like il add u on ma xbox.

  1. Please use correct grammar and spelling. It’s not very hard to proofread your post, and fix mistakes.

  2. Please do not use texting/chatroom slang. You are not chatting with a 9 digit keyboard, you are posting with a fullsize keyboard.

  3. Be patient, and wait for it.

  1. Start Waypoint
  2. Select Navigate Intel | Archive | Titles | Halo: Reach | Falcon Avatar Accessory.
  3. Select “Press A to View”
  4. Select Download
  5. The item will be added to your Download Queue.
  6. Exit Waypoint to complete the download
  7. Once the downloads is complete, open the Avatar Editor to equipe your Falcon Avatar Prop

Alternatively you can try:

Open the Guide

  1. Go to the Settings Tab
  2. Go to Account Management
  3. Go to Download History
  4. Select the Falcon Avatar Prop
  5. Select Download Again
  6. Once the download is complete open the Avatar Editor to equip your Falcon Avatar Prop.

ok i’l stop the slang. Anyway i forgot the falcon is a prop not award (donkey here!!!). Though still, i do not have my recon helmet. Sorry to bother you but I would quite like it. So if you know anything please tell me, thank you.

I think that Recon helmet is on a separate card then the ltd. edition code. It’s probably still in the box, or somehow you didn’t get one. Oh, and thank you for making your posts readable, the effort is much appreciated :slight_smile:

who can i contact to get my recon helmet then. Because I 100% have no other card i got 2 codes from 1 card, 1 for the elite armour and falcon and the second was for a 2 day xbox live trial.
