No, your Spartan IV is YOU.
Same goes for Noble Six, but that doesn’t make them the same person in that extent, considering Noble Six, the character you played/portrayed as, died.
Master Chief and Noble Six are their own canonical entities, you play as them but aren’t truly them. The Spartan-IVs on the other hand don’t have set backstories like Chief and Six and thus are a closer approximation of you.
