Some spanish praises 343 Industries Updates

Hi guys,

I just want to share with everyone here how good the reception of Halo 5 DLC and 343 industries approaching to offer more content to players. Here in the article and comments below you can see how Spanish gamers feel good about being able to get free updates and general improvements over the months after releasing the game one year ago.

You can see comments like:
-It is really nice to see when a work is well done.
-No season pass, no bu*&2it, more companies should learn from 343 industries

I just hope for Halo 6 we can get the same “care” for the game when it is released.

(Spanish economy joke goes here.)

But yeah, although it sucks a lot of things got held back, at least we didn’t HAVE to pay for them.

Lazy Link

Microtransactions aside, I think most players enjoy the content H5 provides. Cosmetics are a grind, but that is pretty standard for shooters nowadays. Hate or love it, H5 has a lot to offer.

Thank you, I was trying to do the link and I couldn’t…

Who is talking about Spanish economy? That was really disrespectful. People is suffering in my country.

I highly doubt that article is representative of the Spanish community. I can go find several articles and posts from people who hate what 343 is doing, and by your logic, that would mean the American communities, or whatever countries the articles/posts are from, are displeased with 343.

Doesn’t make much sense, does it? If you, your friends, and the sites you personally visit like 343, that’s fine, but don’t try to pass off your personal opinions as the opinions of an entire community within a country. You don’t represent them and neither does that article.

Sucks how several people hate on the fact that we need to grind, but just like you stated…

So, what would you prefer, people of the community?
COD boxes? Or Halo REQ packs? (Just putting it out there, at least I can customize my character with helmets and armor by the people who actually STARTED it, not the rip-offs from COD.)

How about neither. It should be similar to the way Reach or H3 worked. It shouldn’t be random. You should still have to work to get armor and helmets, but you should be able to choose what you are getting. No more of this RGN crap.

As much as I would LOVE that to come back…it won’t. Highly doubt it with the way Halo 5 is going. Besides, with Reach, all you had to do was level up, gain the currency, and you could just buy what you wanted and leave everything else out. With the system Halo 5 has, you are practically forced to continue playing until you get what you want.
I would say that Halo 5’s system is more fun to play, just because it gives me an actual reason to continue playing. Im one of those people where once I get what I need, I could start caring less about everything else, and I lose enjoyment in playing.

(I did like Reach’s system though.)

If they had tried to force us to pay for the updates after how Halo 5 launched, I would have returned the game.

Exactly. They are also making waaay to much money to just give up on the current system.

Hi
Im Spanish, and have to say that the Spanish community does not care so much about Halo tbh. The comments below in the article are great, but Im pretty sure most of those guys do not even play Halo 5, my friend. Recently, like you should know, there was an event in Barcelona (The Games Week), and Halo 5 was not even playable in that great event. At least that’s what I can see day by day. Most of the community also are in Warzone or playing other social gamemodes, which it is not bad at all, but I really would like to see more competitive movement here
