Some questions about Pre-Order bonuses

I’m getting the Halo 4 console pre-order. Now do I still get the bonuses or is that for only buying Halo 4 alone? I know the console has the Fotus armor but I’m talking about the Amazon/Best Buy/Gamestop/Etc. bonus.

Do I also get the Map Pack pass because of buying the Halo 4 console?

I’ll humor you though, wherever you preorder the console from you get their pre order bonus. Yes, you get all that Spartan Ops and DLC goodness for no extra charge.
