While the community is separated in two fronts (Sprint vs No Sprint), I’m asking myself too much questions about Halo story cause I’m really excited about Halo 5 Guardians Campagin. Well, here are my questions:
------------------------------------------------ THOSE QUESTIONS COULD CONTAIN SPOILERS-----------------------------------------
Mendicant Bias. I know about the role of this Forerunner AI in the past, in the Forerunner - Flood, it joined the Flood and blah blah blah. But this MB has any role in Covenant - Human War? What is the connection between MB and Gravemind?
I have read that The Ark is not completely destroyed, even 343 Guilty Spark is “alive”. I guess Halo Trailer E3 2013 the Chief is on the Ark looking for something…What do you think about The Ark? Will we see in Halo 5?
Most of you know about HaloFollower theory, but it is really interesting. Could the Master Chief has Iso-Didact seeds?
There is any solution with Cortana? Maybe something related with Mendicant Bias?
I have read Halo Escalation and I know Sangheilis are in war with the Brutes. Could Brutes join Storm Covenant?
Is Storm Covenant directed only by Jul Mdama or there are any San Syuum?
Why the Chief is the only one who listens Didact’s voice in Halo 4?
Is The Flood a reincarnation of Precursors? Who is The Primordial?

> THANKS FOR ANSWER GUYS !
From what I have heard people say here and there, in the halo 3 terminals Mendicant bias is communicating with chief on the ark.
I didn’t read the book that 343 was alive but I knew he was because of the forums. I think he hijacked an ONI ship and put the crew in cryo sleep. As for the ark, we don’t know if that is the ark in the e3 2013 trailer. Obviously it’s not destroyed though. Would I like it to be the ark…yes. but do I think it is…no. I think 343 industries is going with new approaches and new world’s other than places we’ve been before.
He could have the seeds of Iso-Didact or he couldn’t. It’s all up to 343 industries. I don’t think he does because when 343 guilty spark in halo ce makes the reference to it, he, I believe, was going rampant and could’ve mistaken chief for the Iso didact.
I think Cortana is gone for good. Maybe if that robot bird is Mendicant bias, he is trying to make that his AI.
I believe in halo escalations the peace talks are beginning with elites and brutes. But Jul m’dama hates brutes as much as he does humans so he’d never let them in. Maybe in other splinter factions though.
I’m pretty sure Jul m’dama hates the prophets. So my definite answer in no. But according to some halo catalog the prophets aren’t extinct yet.
I’ve wondered this too. Maybe it’s because it’s the first and most powerful human the didact has met since chief awoke him
Don’t know
And yes I’m more interested in the story than sprint in the game. Us campaign forum writers are becoming an endangered group. It’s all anti-sprint. I hate how many categories there are for it. I’m for sprint too. Haters are gonna hate I guess because 343 industries knows how to make a hell of a great game.
About Cortana, I think that if the composer can turn people into digital material, it can do the opposite so when the nuke at the end of H4 blows up the Didact and the composer and
Cortana dies, it may have just turn her into a human. How she would have survived in space, im not sure, but that’s what I’ve thought since i first finished H4
Guys I have just read Mendicant Bias was tombed in the Ark…in a vast desert of the Ark…And it weak up when someone need it
So do you think the robot bird Forerunner of Halo 5 teaser could be MB? Like our mate da b3astly b3ar said
Mendicant Bias is not a giant bird machine thing. This has been confirmed.
The Ark was destroyed, 343 Guilty Spark was left floating about all the debris.
The IsoDidact is not dead. The Master Chief cannot have the geas of a living person as far as we are aware.
The Prophets were mostly killed off. Those that survived went into hiding somewhere.
The Flood is a creation and reincarnation of the Precursors at the same time. They are linked, that is for sure. The Primordial is a creature believed to be Precursor, yet Flood simultaneously. A very mysterious character.
The Didact spoke through a technological form of telepathy, I don’t think it has anything to do with what the Librarian did to the Master Chief. She gave Cortana a similar upgrade but she could not hear anything.
Some Jiralhanae (Brutes) worked for or still help the Sangheili after the Great Schism happened.
A small shard of Mendicant Bias was active on the Dreadnought throughout the Human-Covenant War.
Don’t know about Cortana but I’m going to presume she isn’t coming back. She became annoying and is seriously overrated.
Hope I helped you. Sorry for the answers not being in the order of your questions though.

Of course you helped me! Thanks man!
But yeah I know Mendicant Bias is not a giant machine, it’s an AI, but this AI could control a giant machine I guess

No problem! I’m glad. Anyway, it seems a bit silly that the Forerunners would allow Mendicant Bias (a traitor) control of such a large machine, don’t you think?

Agreed, totally true, but it would be pretty cool to see that haha…so it could be a war sfinge?
Sorry I wanted to say Sphinx* (refered to the giang robot bird)

Can I have a source for these answers.
Not that I don’t believe you, but where was it confirmed that the bird wasn’t mendicant bias?
Where was it confirmed the ark was destroyed and not just damaged?
Where is it confirmed the iso-didact is still alive?
You are correct about the prophets, enough said there.
That’s cool about the flood and precursors…didn’t know that.
Didn’t know that about the didact.
Were there any groups specifically that the brutes would help the elites besides the arbiter and lydus? Source?
Again, not saying I don’t trust your answers but I just want to be sure.

That’s what I thought…but who knows. Would I mind if he is dead. Nah. Would I mind if he made his way into a future game if he is alive…nah

Other than being a moniter, I dont know much about him. Halowiki maybe?
2.I dont know about the ark, but 343, when destroyed, became a data wave (much like the prometheans do when they die). He ended high jacking a frigate and put crew to sleep.
Could be possible. But I don’t listen to chris’ speculation, he is more wrong than not.
I think chief is looking for a way to revive her, other than that I dont know.
I doubt it, 'Mdama hates them. But they were last seen working with Chol Vons jackals, so it could be possible to seem them again.
Jul runs the storm.
Could be because if the genesong given to him by the librarian.
The flood were made in the precursor image to test the humans and forerunners to take up the mantle of responsibility.
good questions. It isn’t often we see these topics.

I feel the same way. More interested to see what happened with tensions of UNSC VS ONI. Spartan 4s vs SPII and IIIs please!!!

The spartan IV’s are messing up big time. Scruggs…and the rest of the spartan IV’S are undisciplined

Exactly would love to see the OG Spartans taken on these “new blood” Spartans. ONI has the upper hand while as usual the 2s and 3s have a up hill battle but defeat ONI!

Halsey said it in spartan ops. She doesn’t believe “some” of the spartan IV’s are spartans. Couldn’t be said any better. I wanna see a iv get the you know what kicked out of him or her by a II or III

Refered to Lekgolo (Hunter)?
I already knew that Hunters, these big creatures of Halo saga, were formed by worms…
But I never would have imagined that the would survive to destruction of Instalation 04…I thought it was The Flood in the trailer…
