hey guys. i need your help.
at first, sorry for my bad english. it`s some time ago. i was looking for help in my country but the german xboxsupport said, there is no other help as here.
ive got the halo 4 limited edition. first i played offline. i dont wanted to play on xbox live. now i think the opposite. the last days ive got many problems with my registry on xbox live. its too much to write it here. in short: at last i had two accounts. one for xbox live and my own account with all achievements from my games. i don`t now why but the german xbox-support told me that i have to delete my live account. than i can the registry again witn my main account. and it works but now there are problems with halo waypoint. the accesscode from the limited edition of halo 4 with the stuff of forward unto dawn doesn’t works. there is an error message: that the accesscode has already been used. i have to use anotherone. i dont understand this.
next problem: on my first login from my xbox to halo waypoint there the message that i have new data terminals found. i found all of this terminals in halo 4 so i could see all videos. but i wanted to watch it later. now i can`t find the terminalvideos. on waypoit on my xbox i can press the button x to the sectret stuff. also there is it possible to look something about halo combat evolved anniversary. i found all of the terminals there too. but waypoint told me there are no one found. but ive got the achievements in both games, that i found all terminals. and here in my profile and statistic that look like an -Yoink!--account. there no statistics about the campaign and the other things like time in game for example.
what can i do? or i have done something wrong?
