Some ideas i had for reach

I was thinking perhaps a new game type that features loadouts similar to how elite slayer set up is.

Air Assault
Assault Rifle
Magnum
Jet pack
2x frag

Recon
DMR
Assault Rifle
Sprint
2x frag

Marksman or Sharpshooter
Magnum
Sniper Rifle
Sprint
2xfrag

Operator, Guard, Security, or just plain Armor Lock
Magnum
Shotgun
Armor lock

Medic

Drop Sheild

Magnum

Something like that anyway but balancing issues would surely need to be looked at long and hard first. I noticed in big team battle games you get 128 extra rounds for the AR, but in slayer you get 64; perhaps they can use that same kind of edit for the sniper rifle and shotgun to keep ammo at a low for campers.

Another thought was more maps to firefight, if reach is getting more DLC in the future that have a falcon or scorpion in them.

As long as the assault rifle does more damage, so be it

I’d be interested in more invasion maps rather than more firefight maps. Regardless, interesting loadout ideas, though there would have to be a SERIOUS ammo reduction for the sniper and shotgun. Personally, I think we need to make non-sprint armor abilities items to be picked up on the map, rather than loadout options.

Yes massive reduce on ammo for shotgun and sniper I agree, thats the only thing I see that sets this idea off balance. I thought about that too it would be nice to see Armor abilities placed on the maps instead of being in the load out right of the bat it’d make map control and team work more of a need.

That and I wish I had the other missing 28 rounds it once held in one magazine.
