Hi everyone, I’m here to report this issue
I completed the Campaign of Halo 4 on LASO difficulty, then i tried to put the related code in Halo Waypoint. It didn’t work. You can check my stats to verify that i actually completed every mission of the campaign on LASO.
Although, i recently put in Halo Waypoint the Yanumas code (forgot to do it in the far 2014) and it worked.
Also, doing some search in the forum, i noticed that there are some players that have issues to put the Raider DSTT Helmet Code though they completed 1000+ War Games, and few other players that have the same LASO Code problem.
I think that is a bug involving statistic-related codes of Halo 4, because Halo Waypoint still tracks every stats of the game (at least Halo 4) and any other code works properly.
Can a technician verify and fix those LASO / Raider DSTT Helmet codes?
It means a lot for the little community of Halo 4, me and the few players involved.

Can I have any explanation - at least a reply?
Maybe a “we got it we will check that issue” or a “those codes don’t function anymore because xyz” or even a “we don’t give a crap since that involves very few players”.
I don’t really know what else to expect, at least a reply from the staff of 343 Industries.
This is a real issue.

Nobody will answer you. Believe me. I’ve tried it myself heaps of times.
I specifically contacted ske7ch and other staff members, more than a year ago.
The only action they might want to take in respect of this delicate affair is, all things considered, to silence you.
Trust me … I’m 100% with you. It’s nothing but utterly grotesque that 343i is neglecting their very own games, yet that’s how it is. They’re all, like, yolo. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
And no, it simply doesn’t matter, if the respective game is 6 or 16 years old. A dev’s game is more than just his commodity, his product; in fact, it is his brainchild—never to abandon!
Besides, but that’s just my two cents, H4 is significantly more fun, both SP- and MP-wise, especially the former. I openly admit despising H5G for what it is since its release.
Just want to note that these issues have been forwarded to 343, but there’s no guarantee that there will be a fix available. The app has been out of support for some time and legacy apps / games are likely not a priority for the team right now - who are focused on Infinite and MCC

Since the Halo Waypoint 360 app is old and connected to the Xbox 360 only, could it be possible to transfer/port the legacy/career/stats/unlockables to halowaypoint.com, please?
All Halo games are backwards comp. and it would be great if people were still able to work on their legacy/career/stats/unlockables without having to rely on an old console.
Yeah I can’t unlock the helmet and the chest piece raider DSTT armor the codes aren’t working for me and I’ve completed all the campaign missions on legendary solo and I’ve completed 1,000 war games.
I also hope these codes get fixed, but my hope is limited.
There was recently (this year) a problem with general 360 Halo service records that weren’t updating, and got fixed - so I do have a small amount of hope for these, we’ll see.
