I could probably do this about Halo:CE as well yet I just heard this song now and wanted to ask if anyone else who played Halo 2 did this.

Yet when this song played in campaign, did anyone else just not fight anything, stay back and listen to this song? Sometimes if the checkpoint worked right I would restart it. Going Across the Grav-Lift thing and this starts, Ughh it was beautiful. Sometimes I’d restart it several times just to hear it.

Halo 2 soundtrack by far the best one. I love this song as well as the High Charity suite. -Yoink!- I miss this game and all it’s glory !!!

Halo 2 FTW. It had the best and most moving soundtracks out of all the Halos. No question.

OT: Link doesn’t work, but I assume that you are talking about the Siege of Madrigal, right?

EDIT: I now realized that this is almost certainly Blow Me Away on Gravemind. Great Song. And yes, I only started fighting when the chorus began ;).

It’s “High Charity”, it plays when you’re underwater I believe. That was one of the most memorable parts of the game, music and scenery were amazing. I hope 343 incorporates something like that into Halo 4.
