First time flighter here, so I’m not sure if there are better ways to give feedback. Anyways these are some of the things that I think could be improved for the proper release of Halo Infinite.

The weapon offset setting should be changed to a general “weapon position” setting. What I mean is that currently with the weapon offset, I’m adjusting the weapon’s position based off the default position of the weapon, whereas I think being able to adjust it based off of it’s position on the screen/camera would be better. Do you want to be a left handed Spartan? Adjust the weapon to the left hand side of the screen. Want to play it like the classic Quake or Doom games? Put the weapon in the bottom center of the screen. Do want to do something silly and have your weapon in the top right of the screen? Sure you do. It would offer players more customization of their experience.

Following up from number 1, I think there needs to be a better menu for adjusting the weapon’s position. I want to see, in real time, where my weapon is moving to. And I don’t want to have to strain my eyes to see it through the background color of the menus. This simple change would make the weapon offset a more utilized setting.

I’d like to see the MCC’s battlepass implemented in Halo Infinite. I don’t know how many items 343 is planning to put in each battlepass, but I think that the MCC’s system would lead to more variety in player appearances, especially early on.

Ways to earn credits by playing the game. I don’t know if credits will be a premium currency or not, but I would like to be able to earn a bit by just playing the game. I know they need to make money from the microtransactions, but Halo 5 had the req packs and you could earn req points by just playing the game.

Armor coatings should just be the pattern and materials for your armor. I’m not a fan of the current coating system. I think a valid compromise between picking our colors and having the more detailed premium appearances would be to let the players choose their colors for free, then have things like dirt/grime, shine, patterns, number of colors, etc. be the premium microtransactions.
