Some features I would like fixed/added

In reach there were some small problems that I would like to see changed and there are some features I would like to see added in Halo 4.

  1. Make the game end when the zombies run out of lives. This made certain infection game-types not work without some scoring tricks and was a little annoying.

  2. Allow the weapons of the juggernaut to be modified. It was unfortunate that in Reach you could not edit the juggernauts weapons in any way and he was always stuck with the gravity hammer, I would like this to change in halo 4.

  3. Stop the power-ups from dropping about a meter when placing them in forge. When I would forge maps this was extremely annoying to me that when I would place a power-up it would appear a meter below where I dropped it, so to get it in the right place you would always have to place it a little bit higher than you want it.

  4. Bring back VIP. I don’t know why this was never put into Reach, I think it was popular enough in Halo 3 but I hope it returns in Halo 4.

  5. No non-removable kill-zones in forge, and none in campaign. One thing that I really did not like in Reach was that there were default kill-zones on every map that could not be removed, this really limited the creation that could have been done with map making and exploration. I like to have the kill-zones as options to add in forge because they can be used in cool ways for maps and challenges but make them all removable so people can explore, the invisible walls are fine, but having forgeable areas that you cannot use just seems like a waste. In campaign this severely limited exploration and I hope that they are absent from the campaign.

  6. Options to adjust how fast AAs recharge and how long they can be used, possibly even options for single use. This will allow for creativity in custom game creation.

  7. The option to make a game-type the default game-types for custom maps so that when you load it up that game-type is automatically selected (when downloading the map you would download the game-type as well), this would make custom games a lot easier to manage for people who have a large collection of maps and game-types so that they would not have to look through both game-types and maps.

  8. Better color changes to forge objects. I do not know how hard this would be to add, but in Reach you had only very slight control over the color of forge objects, generally just a small band of color that usually went unnoticed, I am hoping that in Halo 4 the color affects a little more of the forge object to make it noticeable, this would also help keep the maps from all looking gray like in Reach’s forge world. I am also hoping for more vehicles to have customizable colors other than the mongoose (who else wants a golden hog?)

  9. Options for certain vehicles to have passenger only modes, this would apply to vehicles such as the warthog and falcon where they could lose their guns and the hog could have one passenger and the falcon would have people board inside it rather on the side seats.

  10. Make teleporters an mancannons act the same in forge and multiplayer. In Reach it seemed that the teleporters and mancannons acted differently when you were forging to when you actually played in multiplayer and made map testing difficult sometimes.

  11. Custom pictures for forge maps. Let forgers make the picture for the map be a picture taken from within the map.

These are just some things I hope to be changed/added in Halo 4, what do you think of them and what do you want added

If these features are not added in halo 4 then I hope they are added in halo 5 or 6

10 second countdowns are lame but what makes them even worse is when there are invisible barriers or death barriers supplementing them.

The Tribute Room easter egg on The Package was unnecessarily compounded by the aforementioned multiple obstacles. It’s bad enough that I have to get the hell out of there within 10 seconds but if I stay at the switch too long, I get killed? The hell?!
