This is a issue that needs to be fixed and i think this need addressed.
I have tried using regen and died because i was crouching.
This isnt a huge deal but just make it when you use a AA you stand up.

example.
guy is hiding behind rock and spamming the dmr. you fire back and he crouches then pops the stupid health shield.
he should have to be at least standing to get back full health in 1 second. he should be either hiding behind the rock and waiting for the shield regen or standing and exposing himself to fire to risk the faster shield regen.
