Some AA and "Perk" ideas.

Since various sources are commenting on the return of AA’s in some form and the inclusion of a “perk” system (seemingly tied to armour) I thought I’d post a few ideas for possible AAs and Perks. Feel free to add your own but please don’t launch into a rant about how they’re not “Halo.” We get it.

Armour Abilities 2.0
Shield Booster: Increases damage resistance by 20%; energy is lost over time and as damage is taken.
Active Camo: Near-invisibility for seven seconds.
Hologram Decoy: Generates a holographic decoy.
Jump Pack: Jetpack that behaves like the Reach Elite Rangers and the Halo 3 Jumper Brutes.
Barrier: Deploys a square shield which can only be fired through and passed through one way. Indestructible until it disasipates or user’s death.
Drop Shield: Spherical dome shield, behaves like the the Drop Shield from Reach without the healing properties.
Regeneration Ray: Heals teammates and vehicles until energy is depleted.

Perks
Grenadier: Spawn with an extra grenade.
Bandolier: Spawn with an extra magazine for primary weapon.
Recovery: Armour ability energy regerates 10% faster.
Recon: Enemies are identified at slightly longer range.
Cowboy: Weapon is raised quicker after sprinting.
Stubborn: Your weapons cannot be picked up by your killer.
Infiltrator: Appear as friendly to enemies.

Would these be reasonable?

And you did have some really, really stupid ideas. Grenadier, and infiltrator specifically, although this game should not feature perks, loadouts, or armor abilities in any shape, way, or form.

No, I don’t see many counters to those. You either have the ability or you don’t.

I won’t mind AA’s or “perks” but those don’t sound good.
