SOLVED: Halo 5: Forge "This app can't open"! Help!

I cannot even launch Halo 5: Forge because it gives me this error. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as uninstalling the Halo app. Nothing has fixed this. I then checked in my WIndowsApps folder and my user has permissions for most everything in there EXCEPT FOR anything in the Halo 5: Forge folder. I have tried changing permissions. I still cannot open it. I am using an Admin account. Reinstalling Windows is not an option. How can I manually open halo 5 forge’s .exe to test if it can open at all?

EDIT: After refreshing Windows 10 (see here: Reset or Refresh Windows 10 without Losing Program and Data), I did the command “DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth” in an elevated command prompt, and now Halo 5: Forge works for me!

If you are using a ReadyBoost on any of your drives usb, ssd, it dosn’t matter witch drive Microsoft store will give that message. disable ReadyBoost and it should work if that is the issue. I have also tried everything else this worked for me .
