If you’re having trouble accessing your Insider Flight for ODST, there are some issues going on right now. Your case may fall into one of three groups:
Microsoft Store invite but no Xbox Insider Hub tile - Invite for Xbox despite opting out - Invite to Xbox and no Xbox Insider Hub tile (thanks stckrboy).Please be patient until 343 or the Halo Support Twitter says something about it. Hopefully the kinks are quickly worked out so we can play ODST!
EDIT: When your invite works on Xbox, if you get a message saying “Update Needed (0x8b050033)”, try restarting your console to kickstart the update.
EDIT 2: Looks like those invites are now in the right place mostly. Thank you 343 for the speedy response!

Yep I just got the invite on xbox as well and I cannot access it. I can get into the Insider App but no live tile. Have tried reinstalling Insider App and resetting Xbox, no dice.

Same here. I followed the exact instruction but I still don’t see MCC Insider Program via Xbox Insider Hub. I hope it doesn’t take that long to resolve the issue.
