sigh Neither. I personally like my idea. When youre sprinting, im assuming you have a sprint meter, if you get shot the bullet will cut off a chunk of the meter, causing you to stop sprinting faster than normal making you fight the guy shooting you. Gets rid of people who run away and prevents possible greifing.

Just re-read poll, i assumed it was when AA’s/Sprint could be used but it’s completely different options, anyway use of any AA’s/Sprint should drain shield’s then the gimmicks that make things easier actually become pointless to use and everyone play’s the same!
I think the solution to properly balance AAs has finally been found, but if they are going to drain shields, the depletion should be very slow and actually allow the player to cover HUGE distances at the cost of loosing 2 thirds of their shielding forcing them to hide and recover, unless their making a run for a vehicle in which case it wouldn’t matter.
Draining shields seems like it would defeat the purpose of sprint. You get back to the fight faster, but you’re almost dead so you can’t really join the fight anyway. You save like 2 seconds of travel time and then have to wait 5 seconds to join the fight, seems like a bad trade.
