DO YOU USE XBOX ONE’S PREVIEW PROGRAM: NO
This is my last post on the forums. I’ve posted dozens of times on the forum, Twitter messages, and everything else I could. Zero recognition from 343 on the issue thousands of people who just want to play the game they spent $60 on.
Many turn to purchasing new hardware or bringing out a technician for $100s of dollars to play the game and 343 knows it is an issue on their side. I am telling you now it will not work! This is not a ISP issue. Multiple technicians have posted on the forums stating this having tried everything they could to resolve it.
If you haven’t yet, try changing your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary. This has helped a select few, but by no means is a solution by and large for a majority of us. Some have found an outdated modem to be the issue, but if all other games work without an issue, then I would avoid this.
The responses have been in regards to our issue: (please keep in mind the people responding aren’t 343 members, but volunteers who are just trying to help)

343 please provide a time line or at least make everyone aware of the issues on Twitter and other forms of media so it can be distributed to the public, rather than responding to a forum post with this kind of response.
**PLEASE MAKE IT PUBLIC THAT IT IS YOUR ISSUE AND YOU’RE WORKING ON IT!**In conclusion,
We’re less than a day away from Call of Duty and still no recognition of this problem. All I can say is this will be the last Halo game I will ever purchase. It’s a shame really. I’ve played Halo since the original Xbox release and loved Halo 3 almost as much as CoD4, but 343’s lack of service has driven me away from a game series that I’ve enjoyed so much.
