I’m one of those people who completed all MCC campaigns on Legendary but did not receive the Helioskrill armor for Halo 5.If your one of the people who also has this problem then I might have a solution for you.First boot up your Halo 5 game and check your armor,which of course Helioskrill won’t be on there.Next close the game completely then eject the disc and put in the MCC game.Once booted up load up a mission or custom game then close the game completely.Put Halo 5 back in then go to your armor and you should have it.This worked for me so hopefully it works for you too.

Got the achievement a couple days ago and was saddened all my hard work went to waste.
Started up a custom game in halo master chief collection, ended game, eject and swapped disks. There is was in all its beauty. Thanks my friend

It’s legit, do exactly as he says, though I ended my game in MCC to make it work. Seriously man thanks for sharing because if I had put all that effort into that game for this armor set only to never recieve it, I’d have been very dissapointed. I was very irritated for awhile but now I’m feeling great lol.

basically u try to run through a lot of levels with as little fighting as possible lol

Take your time, always have a plasma pistol and a precision weapon and pick them off from range when fighting the covenant or prometheans.
When your fighting the flood have dual plasma rifles and a sword/ shotgun. Kill the carrier forms first (with nades) then the popcorn forms and finally the combat forms.
Be familiar with juggling weapons if your fighting vehicles- i.e leave a rocket launcher somewhere and then backtrack to find it when you need it.
Always be careful with your vehicles if your using them. Look after that scorpion.
Stock up on grenades, ammo, weapons before moving on from an area.
Give AI power weapons (as they have unlimited ammo) and then protect them.
Follow speed running guides.

I would recommend the opposite. Take your time, and clear out everything before moving forward. Rushing through on legendary is just asking for frustration and broken controllers unless you’re going for speedruns.

I agree with a lot of this, my only thing is with knights I get up close and personal with them. The crawlers you can pick off with anything like a boltshot, BR, DMR, pistol, anything really, one headshot theyre dead. When it comes to knights on legendary youll waste a lot, i mean A LOT of ammo trying to break their sheilds (especially when they start teleporting). Grab a shotgun or scattershot and rush them. two close range hip shots and theyre dead. I usually take everything else out first and leave the knights for last so i can assassinate them or do the shotgun/scatter shot thing…If you dont have either of them, one of the knights will always have a scattershot, just take him out first and youre all set.

Check under customization. It should be there. It will take a while before it appears available in your inventory, but you should be able to equip it right away.

I don’t know, some areas are easiest beaten by just rushing through, while others are best taken slowly.
This helped me
I completed all MCC games on legindary. I got pissed notice that i didn’t get the armor-after finding out they’re bugs effecting the halo 5 game.
Okay so here is what I did, I had a big problem with completing uprising on h2. But I finally did. But I did not get my helio skrill. I then deleted halo five off my console. I redownloaded it. When I opened the game and the data was done syncing I had my nightfall armor (which I did not have prior) and my helio skrill armor. Hope this helps
