I was experiencing the “Active Profile Signed Out” thing and my brother helped me fix it by going to the DNS settings (found in advance settings) on the xbox. (Note: this first started for me on the PC but idk how to fix it there) Then go to Manual and change it to the best DNS server in your state or for the xbox. I live in CA so we put primary-8888 secondary-8844. Then go to alternate port selection>manual>(select last option on list). Finally, Alternate MAC address>clear>restart. Retry if necessary.
Note this is a possible fix on the xbox not pc, luckily I have both. Good luck, lmk if it worked for you too.
