Solo Warzone Firefight

Omg, I have a great idea for Halo 5 Guardians: Solo Warzone Firefight! Where only ONE player fights all 5 rounds. I thought this would be AWESOME for Warzone!! This could be a challenge for all single players. What do you guys think?

I would like to see this. They really should have it so you can search with whatever party size you want from single player up to eight players. I think I could pass a heroic level firefight solo with the right rounds.

Solo WZFF doesn’t seem too farfetched, actually. A shame it’s probably too late to include it in the game now.

I also miss being able to play solo like in previous firefights (and even to a lesser extent in Spartan Ops).

The current answer is campaign score attack… but it’s not quite the same and we don’t get to burn through our REQs that way.

That and worse you don’t get any RP or xp for score attack

Considering it was not fun with just 4.

This is a very bad idea if you engage this with the already unfair difficulty and mechanics of the game mode itself, especially on Legendary. Unless you can customize the mode, it’s kinda irrelevant for the most part.

Imagine like 30+ enemies shooting you down with undodgeable & deadly homing shots from a distance. Funny how that would turn out. I mean, this was a big deal in the campaign as well, but it gets even worse in Firefight unfortunately.

If the map is smaller, I could like this idea. Also, the payout better be good if you survive.

Well, it’s worth a challenge. I mean, I was just mentioning this as an idea for 343. It’s not like they’ll actually MAKE it (I’m hoping they do soon). Personally I like to do things solo. Instead of others players taking my kills. Think about that.

Makes me miss ODST.

you can do the glitch were you play it in customs games. its insanely difficult even on heroic.

yes I have done this myself several times and it is almost impossible to pass even round one ususally. it is designed to have 8 people playing sooo yeah lol but it is still fun to try

I think Doubles would be more realistic than solo - the gamemode was designed for eight players in mind.

I can see many rounds being just about impossible for solo players, especially concerning the Mantis Bosses, and Mythic Knights with long range capable homing weapons that fire consistent volleys of charged deadly Incineration Cannon rounds that even heavy vehicles couldn’t endure.

Looking at you Apex 7 - Final Round, that is where we have to kill the first 4 Zealot Assassin elite bosses in a cave all group together by shielded grunts & crawlers, and then we have to fight 3 Mythic Knights with deadly homing Heartseekers more powerful than when a player uses it, plus hundreds of pin-point accurate, armor piercing soldiers & Phaeton Gunships in the air decimating anything that gets close enough.

Ghost is right it would be DEAD immpossible for some round like Raid on Apex 7 Tankmaster Luk? He’s really hard especially witht he Banshee’s,Ghosts,Elites,Jackles,and don’t forget the never ending chain of grunts. But maybe if you made it easeir and like less AI and on the boss…also have it to where req level goes up faster. But still it would be HARD

That round isn’t the hardest round in all of WZFF.

Think of the final round on that same map where you have to eliminate 3 mythic knights after eliminating 4 elites prior to them… :slight_smile:

Also that you were allowed to determine the number of waves, skulls, and loadouts like in Halo Reach
