I played a couple Spartan Ops missions yesterday that I had previously not played solo and after completing them the ‘highest difficulty completed’ stat did not update. Anyone else had this?

This has been happening to me too, and since I’ve seen a couple of others talk about this issue I assume it’s affecting everyone.

Okay, glad I’m not the only one. About a year ago I was having trouble with stat tracking, e.g. total games won not counting towards the achievement. Seems like there’s a lot of moving parts in MCC right now with so many new features and functionality so I won’t stress about it too much.

How recently did you play the missions and when did the issue begin for you?

Mine doesn’t update the highest difficulty completed stat either, though my achievement progress is still updating as I complete each mission solo legendary.

Same here. I did it about 8 or 9 days ago and unlocked all of the appropriate achievements (normal, heroic, legendary and legendary solo).

Ok, I’m going to chalk this up to a functionality issue/bug likely as a result of so many recent updates. I’ll submit a service ticket also and I recommend others do also.
I’ve been seeing reports about this online.
If you guys haven’t yet I’d recommend a support ticket be submitted, as I do not see it on the open issues list yet.
Update: After submitting a ticket, it seems the support crew is familiar with this behavior, but not exactly in the manner I experienced it. If you complete a S-Ops mission Legendary Solo, check if your achievement progress has updated properly for “Smooth Operator” - assuming you have not already completed this achievement…

Last month between episode 8-10

I have the same problem, I have deleted it at least 4 times and it still does not register progress.
I have a similar issue on the last chapter. For some reason no matter how many times I complete it or regardless of the difficulty it wont say I have completed the levels

then i have a solution for you, in the menu of your xbox, you go on the game of halo MCC and you click on select, then you choose : manage the game is extension, then you will arrive in a menu where there will be the game and the extensions installed in your xbox, you will also see some backup data with your gamertag next to it, you have to click on this data and delete it but be very careful, you have to choose the option ( delete only on this xbox ) then when it’s done, you restart the game and your data will synchronize again with your profile and normally your problem should be solved.

Thank you for your advice, but I just did what you said and they still do not register progress of the missions, I can only wait for an update to solve this problem, because it is quite annoying to have finished all the Spartan operations alone and in cooperative in legendary and that nothing is recorded., again thanks for your comment.
This has been happening as far as I can tell since the launch of season 7, as I’ve seen others here reporting the same issue. I only have about 4 missions left to do solo on legendary, but no matter how many times I complete the same mission again and again, it still won’t register the level as being complete. There was a similar problem with this game some years ago, but usually you would just go through the level a second time and it would show as complete, now it doesn’t.
Oddly though, even though it won’t show the level as complete, I can still get credit for weekly challenges requiring you to complete levels by playing Spartan Ops, and from comments I’m reading apparently achievements are still available as well. I’ll submit a ticket like some others here have done, but otherwise it’ll just be something we’ll have to wait to get fixed.
