I’m not saying make every playlist solo, just make one like arena or slayer.
I’m tired of getting Champion in FFA. Snipers and Swat are the only ones possible solo due to one-hit kills since I got those solo. I wanna see someone solo Arena/Slayer/Breakout and get Champ. It’s impossible, Teams full of 2k+ or champions against my plat/diamond/unranked/1500 Onyx. Only happens because they are on a team, if only it were solo queue Champs, Diamonds, and Onyxes would be evenly distributed on both teams. Not only that the worst part is having someone with a mic is 1 out of 10 games and that’s just one person. This doesn’t even apply to top MMR, I’m sure lots of people are struggling to get Onyx because they too face all Onyx teams with a team full of diamonds. Same goes for people wanting Diamond when it’s all plats vs all diamonds etc.

People are going to tell you to play in a party, as if the ranking system has no business creating evenly balanced matches…
So you want a team based mode to reward 1 person on the team and not the team itself?
If you dont want to fight against a team as a solo paired with other randoms then bring your own team. The lack of mics is because not everyone wants to talk. I know counter intuitive if you’re trying to win as a team but understand you’re not going to automatically be a team just because everyone has a mic nor is that automatically a plus if they do.
Just like any other team oriented game one player doesn’t make a team. if you want to get a high rank play as a team. If you want to even think about being a champion you better bring your team.
This game doesn’t reward solos with wins only teams and teamwork, always has.
There’s a difference between losing because you’re not playing as a team and losing because the teams aren’t even remotely balanced.

“Bring your team” What team lul? “ask your gold/plat friends to help” okay. In the pre-season I asked at least 10 FFA champs to make a team for season 1, no one joined because they only play FFA with 300_+ games in it. You can’t just find people at your caliber willing to play.
