I myself really enjoyed H5 when it came out it felt somewhat balanced before the weapon tuning update besides the BR being slightly OP. Currently it feels all over the place there is no more balance to matchmaking especially in a solo que, team shooting has become more prevalent now because of the weapon sandbox having a a overhaul for no reason. the TTK is actually very slow when you put in to account the movement speed. This game used to have variety when each weapon had a niche which also increased the TTK now its pistol versus everything and I think that has severely diminished the skill gap and has made the game stale. Also with the addition of true skill 2 now solo queuing is no longer really an option, but when the game first came out playing solo was somewhat bearable… every halo to date has at least somewhat catered to solo players and team objective types, but this game is strictly team oriented and solo players are no longer rewarded… Because of this H5 has seem to overtime put a bad taste in my mouth it no longer feels like a fun skill based game that it once sort of resembled it feels more like a chore now especially when I lose to a team full of platinums in doubles and im either onyx or diamond where is the skill gap then for solo queing? Its non existent because the game has been catered to lower level players that are partied up with no party restrictions. The skill gap is diminished and IMO this game that once had so much potential is no longer worth playing…
