I play solo and haven’t had issues till last night. I had to mute entire WarZone team because of the anti $$$@/# banter one started than they all couldn’t help themselves. Giggles 'your mom etc…
Every one of my MP games has been solo, I have a 54% win ratio so I must disagree with you, it does a fantastic job finding games at the right level for me.
Unless you love FFA… H5 FFA is almost as good as it was back in the H2/3 days now. Very competitive and very skillful play.

Depends on the game, the game has a habit of putting me with decent players and sometimes with some of the most stupidest players…that even harass players because of players trying to get the terrible team players to actually help. Then there’s the solo’s VS full party games where it’s completely unbalanced where the team are working together, practically destroy my random team with nothing but pistols…even if I’m holding my own. Mainly referring to Warzone Assault.
If you talk on a mic you can scoop up a full team after a while. Going solo is hit or miss. Even a team with onl two player commincating can dominate a team with no communication.
Sometimes I play without a mic, when I just dont feel like chattn, but I know the risk I take. It is rare I ever feel stomped in a ranked match though.

Pretty much, but it’s not just this game. It’s every game and it can even be applied to anything irl. Teamwork makes the dream work.
But yeah you’ll get significantly less kills, assists, and wins in Halo 5 when compared to some other FPS (COD, BF, etc.)
I agree it can be bad but most of the time it isnt. I always play by myself and its frustrating running into whiskey and sauna working together to spawn camp randoms. Itd be nice if they did something but it isnt required. Still fun most of the time

I solo all the time never been a problem. May have had to mute a few games but overall its fine.
It can be pretty rough, I would say Halo as become quite competitive and that means less casual players.
And now in H5 we often see Spartan companies ganging up on people, and it sucks if you dont have anyone to play with to back you up.
All Hao games are like this once the population dwindles. It doesn’t help that Halo 5’s is pretty low at the moment, and that tryhards are everywhere in full parties. I feel your pain…
