I just now noticed as I was going back to complete a level on Legendary, that all of my Solo Legendary progress has been wiped clean, except for my most recent level (Composer). The only levels “unlocked” are Prologue, Composer, and Midnight.
Do the Legendary/Solo Legendary achievements count the actual progress per level, or the commendations you get for doing each level Legendary/SL. Because I sure as hell don’t want to go back and do 6 more Solo Legendary levels.
So … anyone else have/had this issue, and are there any fixes?

No fixes mate and their never will be. Your best and only bet is to start again from scratch and finish all those other levels again.
There are literally 100 different glitches that can occur that would clear your progress from as little as disconnecting from Xbox Live while in a game, to just simply turning your console off. The system is just simply not as stable as past games and it shows.
