Soldier Commando's regen health now?

So, I just finished (with a loss I might add) a game of Warzone Firefight… Now, I have a few issues already regarding 2x Warden Eternal on Apex 7 by Wave 3 which is almost impossible to beat with a competent team…

But my issue is that this game, Wave 2 (or 3?) had 3 or 4 Soldier Commandos on Dark Star, 2 of which were in Mantis, 1 was just invisible… However, the thing was, they were nigh unkillable because they constantly gained full health if their shields went to full.

After playing about 10 - 15 games so far, this is the first instance I’ve ever seen of this. Has this happened to anyone else? Because the team I was with also said it’s the first time they’ve ever seen it happen

I have not played against the Commando’s in Mantis’s although I heard a friend of mine talking about invisible Soldiers with only guns hovering in the air.

yeah they did it to me as well. It was one of the only times that I’ve lost on firefight. If you missed a few shots they regained their shields (rather quickly might I add) and then no matter what their health. It was just impossible.

Yeah, I got that too… -Yoink-! They need to learn to stay wounded and die! I mean, by wave 3 we barely have anything remotely useful as anti vehicle, let alone anti-boss-vehicle.
The Wardens in wave 3 are just -Yoink-… I think I put in about 5000 rounds from a warthog turret and didn’t even get the -Yoink- below 50% health, and that was with the rest of the team unloading their weapons into him too… And there were 2 of them, and about 20 knights.
The bosses take a whole bunch of ammo to take down, ammo which you cannot bring to the fight by wave 3.

the wardens are actually really easy in my opinion. As long as you have 4 or 5 people shooting on them then someone cam come around the back with a shotting and it just destroys the wardens health.

All vehicles regenerate their health, shields included obviously if they have them(wasp.mantis, banshee). It isn’t a complete regeneration however, if you manage to do enough damage to knock a stage of armor off then it won’t regenerate it back. So it’s extremely important to keep hitting those vehicle bosses, even just a little bit of damage can keep the regen from kicking in.

Then how do you explain the invisible one doing the exact same? Or the fact that we, multiple times, got a Mantis down past 1/4 health, with it burning, and all of a sudden it gains full HP?

There is no explanation for it. It’s bugged, and it needs to be fixed.

I’m not sure about an invisible mantis, that sounds like an actual bug. For the other mantises regaining all of their health, the only explanation I can think of is that watchers might be able to heal the mantis fully just like any other forerunner, other than that it could also be a bug. If you still have the match in your recent films you could record a clip and show it so 343 hopefully sees it and fixes it.

Yeah, I’ve saved it for future reference
