I’d hate to have this used against me :0
I found this as a simpler way to get from S1 to S2 without the use of the jetpack, other than using the side ledges which are sometimes inconsistent. After practice, I can make this jump over 75% of the time, making it a useful route to fake out and amaze randoms!
It looks like a spring jump is needed to get up there.

Yep you need to sprint and then spring jump

Actually, there is a sprint also needed before the Spring Jump off of a slight ramp that is barely noticeable. Sprinting will give you the speed needed to inch over the ledge on the S2.
How do I do this? What buttons do I press and when?

It will take some practice, but I eventually got it after doing something like this:
Step back to the small ramp that has little bumps on it, and sprint off it while jumping on the last bump.
Crouch in mid-air, and spring jump on the last part of the jump-up while holding forward to keep your speed. (A tutorial on spring jumping can be found on Youtube) Your spartan should hit the very top of the ledge, and crawl up onto the S2.
Hope this helps!
I’m assuming I’ll have to change my control scheme away from default? I don’t think the current way of crouching will work as well.
What? Springjump!?

I’m not sure really sure because Kole and I never really use default settings we usually use bumper jumper though I think it may be possible on default settings but I’m sure it would also be alot harder on default.
Thanks, I had no idea what it was.
