Can someone from 343 industries please help me? I have downloaded a digital copy of the Halo master chief collection. I have spoken to microsoft help desk and they have told me that this is something that 343 industries need to get involved in due to it being an in-game software glitch. have been playing halo 4 from my master chief collection “digital copy” and now i can not proceed any further on the game due to a software glitch on Mission 6. I believe on the second check point thats where is happening. When on the Mammoth vehicle, the vehicle is moving through the canyons and all the sudden the scenarios disappear and the mammoth looks like its driving on air. If i get off the vehicle i just fall down to nothingness. And also the vehicle completely disappears if i dont get of from it. This glitch has stopped me from going any further on the mission and is getting really frustrating! Halo has been one of the main reasons why i purchased my xbox one. Please suggest what i can do to have this resolved.
343 employees very VERY rarely post on the forums. This forum is filled mainly with regular players like yourself. Even the Monitors and Community Engineers are not 343 employees, we are just volunteers.
As for your issue, have you tried restarting the mission? Or failing that, uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that solves your issue? Other than that I can’t think of any other fixes for this issue.
Hey thanks for letting me know whats going on here. Yeah i have tried it all and still nothing. So do you know how i can let the 343 industries know, because this is something that they need to get involved in or at least try to see if they can give me another download code or something. This pretty much means that my money has gone down the drain and no one to stand up for their faulty product!
Another download code wont really solve your issue, since you will essentially be downloading what you already have anyway. Personally I haven’t had this issue on the mission in question so I can’t say that I’ve had the experience of fixing it. But I do know you aren’t the only one to experience this glitch and there are other threads regarding this issue on here. Maybe someone has found a solution and posted a fix, but I can’t be sure.
