So while using that new leaderboard endpoint, I accidentally sent a request with a social playlist contentId. The Preseason Valentine’s Double Date to be exact and I got records back, including CSR.
Unless my memory is really bad, I don’t remember that playlist having any ranks when it launched months ago. I then tested the other social playlists in Preseason (Weekend Snipers, Weekend Shotty Snipers, etc) and they all worked returning leaderboards.
So CSR was collected behind the scenes to generate leaderboards? I don’t see this pattern in any new playlist, so must have been temporary thing in Preseason since the current social playlists like Fiesta have 0 records.
Preseason - 2041d318-dd22-47c2-a487-2818ecf14e41 Valentines Day Double Date - 5728f612-3f20-4459-98bd-3478c79c4861
When they introduced Valentines Day Double Date*,* they just renamed the Team Doubles playlist (which was originally ranked) and didn’t add a new playlist_id.
Valentines was unranked, but any CSR stats associated with the original (ranked) Team Doubles playlist became associated with the new playlist.
For example, when the Valentines playlist went live my waypoint stats said that it was my “ALL-TIME TOP CSR”, which was previously they doubles playlist.
It now says my top CSR is Social Doubles, because they keep renaming the playlist rather than adding a new one:
Ah sweet. Thanks for the clarification. So you inherited your CSR that you had in whatever playlist these Preaseason Social playlists came from. I’ll update accordingly. Thanks again.
