Halo 3 had ranked and social playlists in matchmaking that made it easier to find a match with the competitive gamers or those who want to have a fun.

The halo 5 multiplayer is extremely competitive and I would like to see Playlists where it doesn’t put you in a match with a bunch of people who want to have their K/D Stat as high as possible.

Unranked Playlists would allow for the older halo gamemodes to return and also the use of community game modes and maps.

These are a few of my thoughts on the halo 5 multiplayer and I feel that it needs some matchmaking for people who just want to have fun.

I believe these are coming in the Feb update. Has that dropped, btw? I’ve been consumed in Diablo 3 last few days!

The weekend playlists and BTB is unranked. Also, the upcoming fiesta and grifball gamemodes will be unranked. Your wish has been granted.

It should be dropping in about a week or two.

While BTB or the weekend playlist are unranked they have a hidden MMR so you have to play against the same players you would in ranked. I think they need to remove the hidden MMR to make it truly social like in every other Halo.

Social playlists should have been here since day one. I dont know why we still dont have them tbh.

I say this as a normal highly competitive player: Halo 5 needs Social!!!
